Lulu’s Place will be the new front door to Los Angeles, located between LAX’s north runway and St. Bernard College Preparatory High School. Just steps from one of the world’s busiest airports, Lulu’s Place will stand as a highly visible symbol that Los Angeles is creating a more equitable future for its youth.
TGR Learning Lab
The two-story, 25,000-square-foot TGR Learning Lab at Lulu’s Place will provide students from nearby under-resourced communities year-round access to innovative programs focused on STEAM educational enrichment, health, and well-being and career and college readiness.
Facilities include:
- Five adaptable Classrooms
- A 200-seat Auditorium
- An Academic Hub and three Multipurpose Rooms
- A state-of-the-art Makerspace
- A Media Suite comprised of a Multimedia Room, Recording Room, and Editing Classroom
- A Wellness Clinic operated by Providence
- A Learning Garden
USTA Foundation Center of Innovation and USTA Player Development
These facilities, unparalleled on the West Coast, will be dedicated to advancing the sport of tennis, including the work of the USTA, the national governing body for the sport, and the USTA Foundation, which transforms lives through the powerful combination of tennis, education, and mentorship.
Facilities include:
- A 13,000-square-foot Welcome Center with an Exhibit Hall, Pro Shop, and Grab & Go
- Two Multipurpose Rooms and Offices for Lulu’s Place and USTA Foundation staff
