Visible progress continues across every corner of our 34-acre campus—now 47% complete.
In April, the TGR Learning Lab reached major milestones with structural roof work, exterior façade framing, interior systems installation, and auditorium seating pours. The Welcome Center is nearing completion of roof framing, with its signature sawtooth walls beginning to define the future exhibit hall.
At the Tennis Pavilions, structural decking, stair installation, and second-level preparation continue. Across campus, nearly all Musco sports lighting is now installed, pedestrian pathways are taking shape, and utility infrastructure is moving into its final phases.
On the West Campus, the Soccer Zone has been transformed with the installation of synthetic turf on two of three soccer fields. Installation of our playground equipment is complete, and landscape features—including paseo curbing, irrigation, and planting—continue to bring the campus to life.
Every week brings in new momentum, and with just one year until opening, Lulu’s Place is moving closer to welcoming thousands of youth each year!
