Construction activities at the Lulu’s Place campus are transitioning from heavy underground work to vertical construction and field development, and the project is now 38% complete.

On the east side of campus, steel erection for the TGR Learning Lab and Welcome Center is now complete, with the Learning Lab’s second-level deck pour ahead. Masonry structures are finished at the north and south Tennis Pavilions, with slab-on-grade pours progressing under clear skies. Electrical branches continue advancing beneath the tennis courts, and Musco lighting installation is underway.

The west side of campus is steadily turning green! Sports lighting poles are installed, irrigation is active, curbs and walking paths are taking shape, and mass planting is underway. Playground and dog park equipment installation begins in the coming weeks, with turf arriving soon for the three soccer fields.

Each week brings visible transformation as Lulu’s Place moves closer to welcoming the youth and families we will serve beginning in 2027.
