The new year was off to a great start as construction activity continued to accelerate across the Lulu’s Place campus. The project is nearly 30% complete!

On the east side of campus, steel erection began at the Learning Lab, with framing advancing through the main lobby, while prefabrication of shear walls continued in preparation for steel at the Welcome Center. One Tennis Pavilion reached full masonry height, with masonry work nearing completion on the second. Stormwater infrastructure and underground power distribution were largely completed, with trenching and raceways extending to the athletic courts to support upcoming lighting installation.

On the west side, restroom steel was set, curbing and paseo improvements neared completion, perimeter security fencing advanced, and all trees were planted with irrigation active. Base preparation continued on the soccer fields, with sports lighting poles scheduled for installation in mid-February.

Overall, the site is transitioning from underground work into vertical construction and fine grading as momentum builds towards our opening in mid-2027.
