We’re excited to share that Lulu’s Place is now 70% complete, up from 59% in June! Construction moved at an impressive pace in July and August. At the TGR Learning Lab, roofing was completed and scaffolding came down, while exterior glazing, metal panels, interior drywall, ceiling framing, and building systems continued to advance. At the Welcome Center, progress on exterior glazing, metal panels, insulation, and interior drywall is bringing the building’s distinctive design to life. Inside the Tennis Pavilions, crews made significant progress on building systems, framing, and drywall, and began preparing for elevator installation.

The tennis complex continued its transformation: 18 of the campus’s 24 courts are now poured and work is advancing on the remaining courts, fencing, and surrounding walkways. Finished curbs now define the multipurpose field and basketball courts, and a portion of the east parking lot has been completed and opened for use by our neighbors at St. Bernard High School.

We look forward to sharing more this fall as we build momentum toward our opening in 2027.
