On the west side of the campus (Area 1), curbs around the soccer fields have been poured, and preparations are underway for the sub-grade, the layer that will sit beneath the field turf. Irrigation main lines are fully installed, and the first trees have been planted.
On the east side (Areas 2 and 3), underground work is nearing completion. The concrete slab is ready to be poured at the TGR Learning Lab, and preparations are in progress for upcoming slab pours at the Welcome Center and both Tennis Pavilions. The underground electric work is starting for the tennis courts, and the foundations for the light poles are arriving on site.
